Tim A Saginaw , TX August 06, 2023 Appliance: LG Microwave Hood Combo LMHM2237ST Lg 2 2 microwave lmhm2237st vent lock broke won't lock close Disconnected power cable. Took off 8 screw from bottom of vent tray. Lowered tray to rest on a 12 in. bucket set on top of my elec. range and disconnected electrical clip from broken Vent Lock. Punched out the Vent Lock and inserted the new Vent Lock. Pushed to close and open the vent on the newly installed Vent Lock - problem solved.
