Description

This is the condenser fan motor for select LG-built refrigerators. It drives the outside rear fan that pulls air across the condenser coils and over the compressor to remove heat so the refrigerator can cool efficiently.

• Circulates air through the condenser section to dissipate heat
• Helps prevent overheating of the compressor
• Common failure symptoms: fridge not cooling well, compressor running hot, loud or grinding noise from rear bottom, fan not spinning
• May run intermittently or seize when failing

What's included: 1 condenser fan motor assembly Install notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing; use cut-resistant gloves
• Access from the rear lower service panel near the compressor
• Note wire orientation and fan blade position before removal
• After replacement, ensure the fan spins freely and no wiring contacts the blade
