Description

The Evaporator Fan Motor is an OEM part for LG refrigerators. It powers the evaporator fan located inside the refrigerator's cooling system. The evaporator fan circulates chilled air through ducts and into food storage compartments, helping maintain an even temperature.

Causes of a bad evaporator fan motor include failure due to bearing wear, component fatigue from continuous operation, damage from debris accumulation over time inhibiting rotation, or failure of electronic components controlling motor function.

Symptoms of a faulty evaporator fan motor include:
