Jorge R Camden , NJ April 17, 2020 Appliance: Model LSSG3017ST Bought a range in a scratch and dent. Well brought range home and hooked up the gas, lots of clicking with sparks and low and behold range cooktop wouldn't turn on. So I took a lighter and the burners did turn on but weren't lighting up with the expected roaring flame. So I keep investigating and found out it was set for lp. So I wanted to take back range but I wanted this particular model, so I got in touch with Kathy Powell at APP and told her what my situation was. She asked me for model and the serial number of range, she said she needed time to search because the range wasn't in her database but she would call LG and get me the part numbers to order. Well, 4 days later get an email with all part numbers and locations. I ordered parts and now everything works as intended. I couldn't have done it without the help that Kathy provided, because even the manufacture LG didn't want to help unless I involved a plumber.
