As many of us DIYer's know, phone-internet help can be real spotty as to getting good help. From the beginning I was impressed by the attitude and cooperation I received. After letting me describe in detail what I thought the issue was, a careful recommendation of the parts needed was given. I wanted to get it fixed immediately with Easter just around the corner and the wife wanted both ovens. The parts were sent by UPS NDAir. In addition, I was sent an email with hand typed, detailed instructions on how to attack the removal of the necessary parts to achieve the repair. Also a picture I had found on your web site was explained so I had a good representation of what needed to be done.
