John L Grass Valley , CA November 29, 2014 Main circut board went out I watched your you tube video explaining the location and removal process , I spent literally two minutes to remove the old board , located the factory part number on the old part, typed it in On the search bar on your site , ordered it , received it within 3 days , installed the new part in two minutes , plugged the refrigerator back in and it operated like brand new . A local appliance repair shop wanted 4x the cost of what I spent doing it myself and the complete process of removing, ordering and replacing the part took less than ten minutes of my time . I have repaired my oven , washing machine and dishwasher using your site . I have found your prices to be the lowest and your staff knowledgeable and helpful. Dennis M Saint David , AZ November 28, 2014 Appliance: LG Refrigerator LFC20760SW My lg refrigerator had all the electricity go out I called an appliance repairman and over the phone he told me it was most likely the Main Electronic Control Board. I removed the panel and found the Board. I then went online to AppliancePartsPros and entered the Model number for the refrigerator. A parts diagram of the refrigerator came up and I clicked on the Control Board. A complete description of the Board including a picture came. The picture was very important because I compared it with actual Board and was confident that it was the correct part. I ordered the part and it arrived in two working days. I removed the old Board, replaced it with the new Board and the refrigerator is back to working. I have a fair amount of experience with electrical outlets and fixtures and the Board replacement was straightforward. I believe that anyone with basic handyman skills could have made the repair. Jeremy M Colorado Springs , CO May 11, 2015 Fridge was dead I read a few reviews online to check the fuses on the panel and they mentioned that if the fuses were burnt up to replace them BUT they are soldered on so you would need to have some skills in soldering. When I looked... no burnt fuses. So I took the long shot and ordered the whole board. Arrived 3 days later, took 3 minutes to plug in. Fridge kicked on and started to cool. BOOM! saved myself at last $100 for a repairman and at least $1500 on a new fridge! Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers
