Kim P Gallup , NM November 24, 2015 Appliance: LG Washer WM3431HW De error code on lg washer/dryer combo I pulled the seal back and removed the old switch. When the new part arrived I connected the switch, replaced the seal, the attached the wire that holds the seal. I was not able to find the part I needed on the LG website. While watching your video I clicked on the "order this part" link and I was able to see the part and match it to the switch I had just removed. Thank you.
