Description

This safety interlock switch assembly controls the microwave's door-sensing circuit, allowing the oven to run only when the door is fully latched. Replacing a worn assembly restores safe, consistent start/stop behavior. What it does:

• Detects door open/closed status and completes the safety interlock circuit
• Prevents operation with the door open; allows cooking only when latches engage
