Description

This thermostat regulates refrigerator temperature to help maintain consistent cooling and protect food. It replaces a failing control that can cause incorrect temperatures or irregular compressor cycling. What it does:

• Senses internal temperature and signals the compressor to turn on or off to maintain set temperature
• Commonly used when a fridge stays too warm or runs continuously
• Helps restore proper cooling control when the original thermostat fails
• Works with the refrigerator's control system to stabilize temperature swings

What's included:

• One thermostat

Install notes:

• Disconnect power before starting any repair to avoid shock or injury
• Access usually requires removing the control panel or interior trim; keep track of fasteners
• Handle wiring carefully; note wire locations or take a photo before disconnecting
