Removed old filter and replaced with new. No tools or service repairman was required. So happy to have found a company that carries the parts I needed at a very reasonable price, an easy to use website and super fast delivery. The rails that hold the snack tray were broken and the replacements slide in with little effort. From years of children slamming the fridge doors shut without closing the inside drawers first it was missing pieces and cracks on a snack tray that now say on a shelf instead of hanging. I may be a bit facetious here, but I think the tray (correct part) arrived at my house before the charge appeared on my credit card!!!
