Lg 3391JJ2012C Tray Assm.,Vegetable OEM Part

We looked at the diagrams on your site and were able to tell which parts we needed. We had tried other sites and could not recognize the parts because the diagrams did not have a zoom. LG would not give us the information because they have a contract with a local parts/repair company. We bought three parts and were able to fix the fridge without bringing in any outside help. We weren't sure about the seal/stop part but once we saw it we figured out how to replace it.

We had a few of the plastic pieces that were broken, covers and drawer. All of the parts worked out. We did have to grind off some plastic on the Cover,t/v for it to fit but it was easy with a job max. Incidentally, if anyone is looking to replace the water reservoir on the the LG LRFD21855ST, we ended up using a long hose rather than a reservoir and used Loctite GO2 fusing tape around the valves to ensure they didn't come off. So far we haven't had any issues.

Found this company online and had the part I needed. Part came in two business days. Removed previous unit (remove top freezer sliding shelf, loosen top two screws with grommet, remove bottom screw completely). Replaced with new unit. Had to change out auto-off arms since one that came with new unit was a bit too big. All in all, easy replacement.

Very simple fix, got the model No. from refrigerator, went to AppiancePartsPros.com. entered the model No. picked the part from the exploded parts image, checked the VERY easy to use "Is the part compatible" box placed my order and 3 days later had my part. I simple took out the old cracked crisper and put in the new one which was a PERFECT match.

We called your place for new replacements and when it arrived it took my husband 10 minutes to put on the new parts. It made us extremely happy!!! Thanks ?????? Kathy Walker
