Renee P Albany , OR March 13, 2016 Appliance: Model LG LMV 2073ST Broken glass plate It was an unfortunate event when a heavy glass bread pan slipped out of my hands and fell onto the microwave oven, breaking the glass tray inside. My microwave is about 8 years old, so when I went looking for a replacement part, most places, including Sears, LG, and my local appliance store, said the part was not readily available. Surprisingly, AppliancePartsPros.com said that they had the part in stock. I was leary, because I had never heard of them before or ordered from them. I did instant chat with the online associate. She informed me that the part was in low stock, but that there were a few for immediate shipment. So I took the chance and ordered the part. I ordered the part on a Sunday. The part was shipped out the very next day. I paid a little extra for two day shipping. The part arrived exactly two days later, on Wednesday! And my microwave is back in working order!
