However none carried the part or made it difficult, which I realized they just didn't know how to look for the part I wanted. I contacted appliance parts, & they immediately found it & it was not as expensive as other places who did not stock it to begin with. They sent it right away, & I received it in less than 3 days. Barbara B Huntsville , AL October 20, 2015 Broken microwave turnable tray Ordered part - unfortunately FedEx did not leave a note on my door that it had tried to deliver it on Sat. and had left it at the apt. office - just 2 days after it was ordered. I did not find out until Monday when I checked the website and then checked the apt. office. I was very pleased with the prompt receipt of the order, but not with FedEx for not letting me know.
