Description

This water inlet valve assembly controls water flow into the washer, restoring normal fill and cycle operation when the valve fails. Replaces a worn or leaking inlet valve to stop overfilling, no-fill, or slow-fill symptoms. What it does:
  • Directs cold and/or hot water into the tub when the washer calls for fill
  • Opens and closes via solenoids to control fill timing and volume
  • Commonly replaced for leaks at the valve, no water entering tub, or continuous filling
  • Works with the washer's control board to regulate water during cycles

Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and shut off water supply before starting any work
  • Drain remaining water from hoses and tub to avoid spills
