The bucket was an easy fix. There is a film on the website showing exactly how to replace it. The ice crusher was a bit of a problem because it had to be completely taken apart -- many small parts to put back in order!! We used the diagram from the website, plus I took photos from various angles before we took it apart. We were careful, and with patience, it went back together. I was manually resetting defrost timer every week, and it worked, until timer stuck again. Finally just replaced the defrost timer, it is good as new. Took less than 5 minutes. Read more
