This is a throttle housing designed to go around the throttle cable, trigger, and wire to keep all of those components secure and protected. It's made of durable plastic but wear and tear or impact can damage or break the throttle housing.It's easy to determine with visual inspection if the throttle housing needs to be replaced. A pair of work gloves and an Allen wrench will be needed to complete the repair. The process involves taking out a set of four screws that hold the old throttle housing. Take it off of the equipment and install the new one using the same screws.
