Pulled it off the motor stem and pushed the new one on

Installed new motor on turntable. Very easy fix, took us all of 15 minutes.

At first the fix was going to be a new microwave. I decided to look on line to see how much the repair would cost. While the replacement motor seemed a little expensive, a new microwave similar to my model was 3 to 4 times the cost of repair not to mention having to take down the old and install the replacement. I ordered the new part which came in two days, removed three screws to drop down the bottom panel, removed the plug to the motor and one screw holding the motor in place. A simple twist and pull and the motor was out. I relaxed the new one reversing the steps and placed a glass of water in the microwave. Works like new. I want to add that I was going to order this part from your on line competitor who I usually order from but their standard shipping was 10 days where your site said that it typically arrives in 2. I texted their on line help staff to ask if anything could be done as I was going to order from another source and his reply was no and did nothing to try to keep a regular customer. Now I am your regular customer.
