Description

This replacement ignition coil is made for lawn equipment. The ignition coil is comprised of two ends attached by a coated wire. One end plugs into the spark plug to help generate and transfer the spark created when the engine fires and the other end is attached to the engine. This part completes the starting process that involves transferring the spark from the plug to the engine. Over time as it is continuously used, the ignition coil could become faulty and need to be replaced. A new ignition coil can improve performance, reduce emissions and fuel waste, and improve electrical performance and recovery. The coil is sold as an individual part. Note that no hardware is included. The spark plug and ignition coil are part of the engine. Wait until the machine is cool to perform any engine repairs and wear gloves for hand protection.
