Description

This OEM reel and line assembly is manufactured for use in select string trimmers. The reel and line assembly is a single unit that holds the line on the trimmer while it is in use. This is a durable plastic piece, but over time, it may become damaged due to impact or just worn out from repetitive motion and constant ground bumping. If the line reel becomes damaged, it will not dispense line properly and could create issues. This genuine OEM line assembly is for a dual-line trimmer that takes 0.080 line and is manufactured by RYOBI. It is also compatible with select trimmers from MTD, Troy-Bilt, Yard-Man, Yard Machines, and Bolens. It is also called the spool assembly, replacement spool, or trimmer head spool. It does not require any tools to replace this part. Be sure to allow the unit to cool and disconnect the power supply before doing any repairs.
