Description

This is a genuine OEM replacement fuel bowl bolt for a snowblower, tiller, or chipper engine. The fuel bowl is a part of the fuel filtration system designed to prevent sediment from clogging up the carburetor. Fuel moves from the fuel tank and passes through the fuel bowl to catch any debris. It is essentially a particle filter. This bolt mounts the fuel bowl in place. The two most likely reasons why a fuel bowl bolt might need replacing are general wear and tear or loss. This bolt is located fairly close to the outside of the engine, making it more susceptible to the elements. Over time, the bolt may corrode and will need replacing. If lost while making a repair to the fuel bowl itself, the fuel bowl bolt will need to be replaced. Use a wrench to make the repair.
