Description

This is a quality choke knob used with many types of log splitters and snowblowers. The choke knob is made of durable plastic. This knob can be used to actuate the choke valve. This ensures that a rich blend of fuel and air will pass into the cylinder to assist in starting the engine. Through use or time, the choke knob can break, become cracked, or get lost and will need to be replaced. If the choke knob isn't replaced, the engine may not start. It may also have problems running continuously.The choke knob is found on the choke plate lever on the carburetor. To replace it, the screws that secure the top cover of the tool need to be removed. Remove the top cover and take out the air filter cover. Remove the ignition switch lever to get access to the choke knob. Take out the original component and replace it with a new part before reassembling the other parts.This is an authentic OEM replacement part that is sourced directly from the manufacturer.
