Description

This belt keeper is a genuine OEM part that is sourced directly from the manufacturer for use on lawn mowers and lawn tractors to stabilize the deck belt and prevent excessive friction on the belt. If the belt keeper is damaged or missing, the belt may slip off the mower and cause the mower to stop cutting. Regular inspection of the belts will reveal any damage to the belt keeper that needs addressing. If the belt keeper is missing, screws will need to be purchased separately. Practice safe working practices when repairing the lawnmower. Remove the key and disconnect the spark plug. Wear safety gloves.
