Description

This is a recoil starter assembly, also sometimes called a rewind starter assembly, that is a part of many log splitters and snowblowers. The purpose of the starter assembly is to allow a user to crank the tool to start the engine. The recoil starter assembly comes with the plastic housing, a starter spring, a pull rope, a starter pulley, and the hardware needed to install the assembly. If the starter assembly is faulty or broken, it will need to be replaced.
