Description

With lawn mowers and other small gasoline engines that have drive trains, a bell crank engages a pulley that enables the motor to turn the wheels. Bell cranks are also the device used to engage drives so that an engine can be running with a blade, wheel, or other device turning. Bell cranks are used in tillers, leaf blowers, mowers, generators, log splitters, and woodchippers.
