This is a replacement control knob for the freezer temperature control shaft. It restores a secure grip and clear detent positions so you can set the freezer temperature easily. What it does:

Replaces a cracked, worn or missing freezer temperature control knob
Provides a firm grip and visible setting position for accurate adjustment
Allows the control shaft to turn and stay at selected settings
Helps resolve symptoms like a loose, spinning or non-engaging knob

What's included: One control knob for the freezer temperature control Install notes:

Disconnect power to the appliance before attempting replacement
Pull the old knob straight off the control shaft; align and push the new knob fully onto the shaft until it seats
If resistance is felt, stop and inspect the shaft and knob for debris or damage before forcing
If the control shaft is damaged or the knob does not secure properly, replace the control.
