Disconnect power, remove panel that covers motor/fan wiring, take some pictures of wiring connection, unplugged wiring, removed motor bracket, replaced new motor in brackets, reinstalled all components.

I ordered the switches from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced both the light switch and the fan switch. The difficult part of the project is removing the old switches. The collapsible holders on the switches require pressure and maneuvering through the small opening to remove the switches. Problem with original design.
