Noisy during the washer spin cycle and leaking water John P. • Wasilla , AK • April 16, 2022
The noise turned out to be the bottom bearing between the belt pulley and the transmission. Once apart an easy replacement. Tested the...

This inlet hose connects the household water supply to the refrigerator's water system so ice makers and dispensers receive a steady water feed. Durable, flexible tubing replaces worn or leaking supply lines to restore proper water flow. What it does:
- Channels incoming water from the home supply to the refrigerator's water valve and ice maker
- Replaces cracked, split, or leaking supply tubing that can cause reduced water flow or puddling
- Helps prevent leaks that can lead to water damage when original tubing fails
- Works with the fridge's internal water system to support ice and dispenser functions
What's included:
- One inlet hose (single water supply line)
Install notes:
- Turn off the home water supply and unplug the appliance before servicing
- Inspect fittings for signs of corrosion; use the proper connector tools to avoid damage
- Tighten connections to a leak-free fit but avoid over-tightening plastic fittings

This door gasket creates a tight seal around the refrigerator door to help maintain proper cooling and reduce energy loss. Replacing a worn gasket restores a full seal for better temperature control and food preservation. What it does:
- Seals the door to prevent warm, humid air from entering the refrigerated compartment
- Helps reduce frost buildup and keeps interior temperatures stable
- Improves cooling efficiency and can lower energy use caused by a leaking seal
- Stops odors and moisture transfer between the fridge interior and kitchen
What's included: One door gasket. Install notes:
- Unplug the refrigerator before starting and remove any food or shelves blocking the seal.
- Work slowly to avoid stretching or creasing the gasket; follow door-hinge or trim removal steps if needed.
- Inspect the door flange for damage and clean the mating surface before installing the new gasket.
- After installation, allow the gasket to seat fully and check for uniform contact around the door; warm-up or seating time may be needed.
