  Googled the problem, watched videos on Youtube. Took apart machine and tried cleaning filter most people said was the problem. Wasn't anything but a penny in it so that wasn't the problem. I decided the pump must be bad ,the spring for the bellows and the console were broken so I bought those as well.   Old, unused stack set. Washer was great, dryer was grinding. Started with the mounting bracket/bearing and the belt. The old ones were slightly beatup. Put it back together and the problem persisted. Found the real problem when I pulled apart the blower to get to the motor. The fan had broken fins that had jammed in the side of the blower housing, and the friction had melted through the outer wall of the fan.   The noise turned out to be the bottom bearing between the belt pulley and the transmission. Once apart an easy replacement. But you did need some tools to replace the bearing as in snap ring pliers and bearing puller. The water leak was the top rubber seal which is part of the seal kit. I had to make a puller out of some chain and a 2 jaw-bearing puller to the top of the transmission shaft to get the trunnion off but once it was off the rest was a snap. The video was a big help.
