The parts were a perfect fit. The old ones were held by one screw, and came out easily. The new escutcheons fit perfectly and attached with the old screws. Everything is now easily readable.

Bought new knob. Super easy fix. However, this makes 3 knobs I have had to replace in a year. At $25 (item + shipping) each time, I'm wondering if I should just buy a new stove instead:/ AppliancePartsPros.com had the best price. But, even there, it was still very pricey for such a tiny piece of plastic.
