I replaced the controller. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to get to it. The video on the website showed access to the control via the rear panel. On the Kitchen Aid we have, the back panel is part of the range's main frame and does not come off. Turns out, 2 screws behind the fluorescent lamp had to be removed and the entire control panel housing lifts up and can be tilted forward. (I needed to clean behind the range anyway, so it was no big deal)!!

Not many parts available for this appliance but did notice this part I could still get. Worked out great once I had control board fixed first. Wasn't going to purchasing this part unless control board could be fixed. Did notice items being heated much faster and evenly throughout once I fixed the fan belt. Was a little hard reaching the pulley, but managed after several try's.
