I replaced the ball and socket connection for the drum. After doing so, I realized that the belt had been stretched and the tension pulley was not putting enough tension on the belt to turn the drum. After ordering a new belt, extra screw that was lost while disassembling the dryer, and some high temperature lubricant for the drum ball and socket the dryer now runs as well as it did when it was new. Removed old insulation, put in new insulation. Oven wrap from website was right. Smaller piece did not match the picture on the website, though the ID numbers were the same. Talked with Meredith on chat. Very helpful. Sent a replacement piece that fit just peachily. Thanks! Read more

I ordered a new oven bottom ($65 instead of new stove). I put it off, anticipating that it wouldn't be as simple as it sounded. When I finally put the new one in, it literally took 4 minutes!! Remove the two screws in the back, old one slid out, new one slid in. Simple. Read more
