Staff very helpful ,,,,,,, while I did find a broken heater. Cleaning the dryer with compressed air fixed the issue. Moisture Sensor Dryer Thermistor do not like a covering of Dust no electrical likes a layer of dust when its trying to sense. This condition was hard to find anything on internet which is why I'm commenting. Slow count down was due to Dual Dryer Elements and one was broken.
