After searching how much it would cost to repair, i felt i should just replace the microwave till one of the customer in the appliance repair shop told me to order the replacement button. I research and found that it was cheap to replace with basic tools. Ordered the parts, and it took me 20 minutes to replace. Removed two screws (top) holding the hood piece, slide it to the left and pull forward. Remove one screw holding the control board, lift and pull. Took pictures of all wire connection...

The fan that cools the main unit had started making noise a few weeks ago, I tried cleaning and lubricating the bearings, but the fan would make noise when it heated up, then finally stopped.
