Steve, The first thing to do is to remove the unit from installation and disconnect the hinge cables. To replace the inner door panel, open the door and remove the screws from the inner door panel. This will allow the front panel to be removed. Once the front panel is removed you will be able to access the dispenser to remove it from the door liner. It will be held in by screws in the inner door. Once the front door panel is removed from the unit, there will be 2 screws on either side where the hinges are that you would remove to get the door panel off. Reinstall in reverse order. Be very careful when removing the door panel as it is heavy and will drop down once screws are removed.
