I have a 15 yr old unit. It is a down draft that fits behind the drop in range/oven. I can't find a Model Number. I am looking for aluminum filters which measure 13 3/8 x 5 1/4. A set of two is used in the unit. The AP2836632 looks like it would work. Could you confirm so I can order? Paul S.

Paul, from the images available the filter measures approx. 5 1/4" x 13 1/4". To verify this is the correct filter for your unit we'll need the model number. Hope this helps. Thanks.

How do you install the two vent filters when the top comes up? Help? I am not used to such an old appliance, but I love it!

Janie, When you have the vent up, there will be either 2 clips that will hold the filter in place or there will be a cover over the filters that you would lift up and take the filters out of.

Help! I have a very old retractable downdraft electric hood. How do I clean this type system? Where are the filters located?

Hello Janie, You have to raise the vent and the panel facing you raises from the bottom, pivoting up. The filters 00486897 are inside there. There are two. These can be run through the dishwasher. I would soak them in hot white vinegar overnight before running it through the dishwasher if they are really greasy.

I need to replace the filters in my Thermador Cook n Vent. The part number is 19-09-765, and they measure 16 1/4x5 1/4. Do you have them?

Hello Bob. No, the part number you need has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

GVC 36 GLP Cook n Vent I am trying to replace the grease filters for this 1980's range. They are the filters that fit into the vent riser behind the rangetop. Two of them sit side by side. They are 16 1/4" x 5 1/4" each.
