D.J. December 06, 2012 for Model Number Thermador PRDS48 dual power, dual oven Large oven does not close 100% but the hinges hold it all the way down at different spots. Had hinges replaced 4 years ago on unit that is about 12 years old. Odd would need replace again. Any adjustment for these? Are the screws on bottom of hinge inside oven supposed to move on the large oven. Do not on small oven, but on large oven do seem to move out when door closed, like on a spring themselves? Thoughts? 1 Answer Hello D.J., If the screws holding the receivers and hinges to the door and the body are tight, I would suspect that the unit has been self-cleaned more than once. The intense heat produced by the self-clean cycle affects the rigidity of the steel and will cause variations in the way the metal parts of the unit fit together.
