The Hinge Lever (LH) is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. This left-hand lever is responsible for assisting in the opening and closing of the dishwasher door through a pivoting motion. The hinge lever works with other door components like springs and cables to provide smooth, balanced movement of the door. 

Symptoms of a bad Hinge Lever include: 

• Difficulty opening or closing the dishwasher door  
• The door not staying securely closed during the cycle
• Excessive noise or creaking coming from the door area
