David December 15, 2013 for Model Number SHV57C03UC/22 Like so many others I have the same question. I ONLY need the micro filter sleeve that fits around the basket assembly. The "Filter Micro" (AP4050003 or 427903) on your website shows the basket assembly and the micro filter sleeve and costs $21.08, and the photos make clear I get both pieces (remember I only need the outside sleeve filter, not the basket assembly). BUT, the Micro Filter Basket Assembly (AP4372139) photo is sold separately for $8.06. The fragile part is the SLEEVE, not the basket assembly. If you sell one of the two parts separately, why not the one everyone asking on here seems to need, the very fragile part with the plastic ribs that deteriorate quickly? I don't like to buy something to throw away a perfectly good part that will apparently last forever (the basket assembly). If you can get the basket assembly separately then it stands to reason you can get the sleeve separately too, right?

Lori October 31, 2013 for Model Number SHE4AP05UC/06 Water pools in my dishwasher's filter chamber and doesn't drain even after a wash cycle. The mesh filter has become corroded from sitting in water ALL THE TIME. Isn't water supposed to drain entirely and not sit in a pool in the filter chamber?
