Jerrydk March 10, 2017 for Model Number PRG304US When the burners are on, on the left side (xlo burners) after a short time the rear burner will go out and just spark but not light ,until I let the stove burners cool down on left side. Also if I have the rear burner on for a while and start the front one the rear will go out and just spark but not light again. Everything else works fine.
1 Answer JerryDK, This issue would most likely be caused by a faulty solenoid which is part number 00411253. Read More...
Arthur July 25, 2016 for Model Number PRG304US I have gas to all burners but only ignition on back left burner. and then sometimes (but mostly not) on the other 3. if I understand correctly the ignitor need to be fastened to the cook top securly and thus grounded to spark and ignite the gas? it seems like all my igniters are loose so that often they are not grounded and don't spark. is it common for the clips to fall off, and is there an easy way to secure these from above without having to remove nuts on all the burners and disassemble cooktop just to attach a clip...
1 Answer Arthur, It would sound like the clips may have come off the igniters but unfortunately you would need to remove the top in order to get the clips back on. Read More...
