John K May 02, 2016 for Model Number ME 301JS/03 TLSCPRCK30 My telescoping rack went through the self cleaning cycle and the telescoping mechanisms are destroyed. The rack is still fine, but I have been unable to locate new telescoping modules to replace the fried ones. It is possible to replace the telescoping modules without replacing the whole rack? The rack is perfectly good, but telescoping mechanisms are fused. Let me know if that is possible. Thanks.
