David Strong May 19, 2018 for Model Number VTR600R I am reusing the Thermador VTR600R blower with a new range. The original capacitor went with the old range. I have 2 questions about the capacitor: The new range came with a 10 microfarad capacitor. Can I use that instead of the 5 microfarad cap? How should the capacitor be wired - could you send a schematic? I am using the original 4 position (off, lo, med, hi) switch from the Thermador range. thank you
1 Answer David, You would not be able to use a 5MF capacitor in place of a 10 Mf capacitor. The only wiring information that we would have on this would be for the switch on the unit and can be found by looking on our webpage http://www.appliancepartspros.com/parts-for-thermador-vtr600r.html Read More...
