1 Answer The upper rack is part number [00249277] and the lower rack is part number 00249276. Check to see if there is power going to the dispenser, part number 00490467. If there is and it is not opening, replace the dispenser. If there isn't you'll need to replace the control module part number 00488428. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
