Marilyn July 26, 2012 for Model Number FEF357BGWA The up button to turn the oven temp higher does not work on my range-- Do I need to order this complete control panel in order to fix this problem or is just the up arrow button available? What is the cost of the up arrow button, if available? Or what is the cost of the the complete panel? When I called I was told that item # AP2128576 would be the correct part to fix my problem but in looking at the diagrams- I think I need the clock control panel-- is that correct? Thank You
