George, You didn't mention any error codes in the display. The first place to start is the bake element 318255006 and wiring in the oven cavity. Turn the power off to the oven, remove the door and racks, remove the two mounting screws that hold the element bracket to the back wall of the oven cavity and slowly slide the element out. You'want to check the wires and the elemnt for any visible damage and if possible check for a "closed" circuit with a multimeter, With the door "locked up" You'll need to remove the control panel and check the door latch lnkage and latch motor for alignment and operation. You'll need to remove the oven from the wall cabinet to do the checks at the motor and control. here's some meter usage help [http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html] Thanks

Hello Allen. Check and make sure the bake element is good on the lower unit. It should read closed for continuity. If so, you may have a problem with the relay board 318022001 for the lower oven. Hope this helps.

Hello Mike. Make sure the connection for the touch pad is good. If so, and the touch pad still does not work, you will need to replace the clock/timer 318010501. Hope this helps.

Mike, Based on your post description, the place to start would be the control panel / key pad assembly 318030214. Sounds like the keypad circuits have started to deteriorate and only some buttons work. Good Luck and Thanks

Hello Steve. The first thing you will need to check is for a loose or broken wire. Also check the terminal block where the electrical wires hook to the oven, and make sure they are not loose or burnt. Test and make sure you have the proper voltage coming to the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
