The Dishwasher worked fine on Thursday, and the next time we tried to wash, (Sat) there were no lights, no response to any key press. I've verified that the 120v outlet is powered, and that the wire nuts at the bottom of the dishwasher are tight. I've verified 120 volts at the junction box. I'm not sure if I need the control panel (with the lights and push buttons) or the main control board. Any suggestions on how best to determine which part is bad? Thanks ~

1 Answer

Joe, Check the connection of the ribbon harness to the control board. Make sure that there is no corrosion on the ends and if there is not then the control panel will be the most likely cause for this issue.
