Dennis, The E011 would be a shorted keypad. Disconnect the power wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If the fault returns upon power up then replace the User interface board and if the problem persist then replace the touch panel.

Hello Tony, This sounds like a poor electrical connection. This can be anywhere in the circuit from the breaker box to the junction box, or the connection to the board.

BCJ, Yes the oven control board 316576300 or the wiring from the sensor to the control board would be the issue with the unit. You will want to check the wire first and if the wires check ok then replace the control board.
