However, it is a completely different layout than the one that is currently installed. I.e. the current overlay will not match up with the new controller. Is this a legitimate variation & I just need to buy the matching overlay?

Jim W. January 02, 2020 for Model Number 790.94209310 The oven on a Kenmore model #790.94209310 takes for ever to heat up, it has a brand new bake element and temperature probe. I thinking it's the control board problem. Is the AP5788417 the correct board and is the overlay panel for this board available?
