Kk February 16, 2012 for Model Number fef316wgsf I have the same problem. I bought this place with the burners and they won't lay flat. If I order new burners will that be fixed? I wonder if the previous owner bought generic replacements. Could it be the drip trays? Are there specific drip trays for this model? Thanks!

1 Answer Hi. You need to align the drip pan notches to burner "tri-support mounts" . Some older units only have one notch in the drip pan opposite of the burner element connectors. Then they should fit flat. ThanK You. Read More...
