Jane November 19, 2016 for Model Number FLGB43RGS0 This is an integrated washer/dryer combo. When the washing tub spins on a large load, the water sloshes over the top and leaks down the side of the tub and onto the floor. I have taken the front of the washer off and I see that the vertical springs and the horizontal springs attached to tub area seem pretty elongated. I am guessing the worn springs cause the tub to move around, which causes the sloshing. I can easily move the tub around with my hand for info. Would you confirm that their are 3 vertical springs and 3 horizontal springs for this washer? Does what I am describing seem to jive with replacing the springs as a fix? What are the part numbers so I can order them? Thank you for all your help. Jane
1 Answer Jane, Yes there would be 3 of the vertical spring 134885900 and 3 of the horizontal spring 131373900. AP4298971 Read More...
Lyla June 05, 2016 for Model Number FWSB5700DS0 My machine is unbalanced and vibrates all the time while spinning. I leveled it exactly and I checked the springs and they look alright. How many springs and what kind are there to keep machine balanced? Do you think I need to replace springs?

Aaron May 30, 2011 for Model Number FWSB5700DS0 My washer won't balance in the spin cycle. Snubber doesn't squeak, and vertical springs were tightened. Any ideas? Washer was moved a few times without the shipping bolt installed. Thanks!
1 Answer Hello. You will want to remove the front panel of the washer and verify the snubber 5308002385 is not damaged. This is the part that provides the unit with the support to provide a smooth balanced spin cycle. Thanks! Read More...
