1 Answer Hello Mary. These stick onto the control panel. To replace them, you will need to gain access to the control board and remove the ribbon cable from the board. Then peel the old switch off the control panel and stick the new switch onto the control panel. Reinstall the ribbon cable onto the control board. Make sure you get the ribbon cable seated properly.
